I have been wearing my cuff and it looks great and fits comfortably.  I haven't worn a watch in a few years.  I keep looking at the cuff as if it is a watch.  I then say to myself, oh, yes, the time is "now." I touch the center of the cuff which grounds me in the moment... a beautiful reminder!
